Delivery
All orders will be processed and despatched within 1 working day from receipt of order, excluding weekends and holidays, unless it is a bespoke order and separate timescales will be provided.
Items will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class untracked, unless an alternative option is requested. Your items should normally arrive within 2-3 working days however, we must wait a minimum of 10 days before reporting items missing.
If an item is unavailable please contact us direct as we may be able to suggest an alternative. If dispatch is likely to be delayed, we will contact you to advise. All deliveries are subject to stock availability.
Please note Standard and Free delivery services are NOT guaranteed delivery times and may vary from the estimates given and may be longer than expected.
Our timed delivery services cover most of the UK mainland but will not be guaranteed to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands and other parts of the UK, EU or Worldwide.
If you require goods for a specific date, we strongly recommend you select a guaranteed delivery date service (such as Next Day)
FREE delivery is available for all orders of £80 and over. These orders will be despatched within two working days and sent via Royal Mail 2nd class untracked.
