Returns & Refunds
We are happy to offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days of purchase on most items with a valid receipt, provided that the items haven’t been worn.
We ask that you return the item(s) unworn, in the condition that you received it, in its original packaging, with tags attached, unused, clean and free from odour, make up or deodorant.
We will process your return within 28 days from when we receive it. Please note some card companies take up to 10 days to show the credit in your account.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on the following; tights, socks, underwear, personalised items, pointe shoes, sale items. Unless the items are faulty.
Faulty items must be returned immediately with a copy of a valid receipt and the original packaging for review. Where items are returned after 28 days, or within 28 days where the fault has arisen whilst wearing, they will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection before any refund or exchange will be given.Where the fault lies with the manufacturer, an exchange will be issued.
Postage is non-refundable unless items are faulty or were sent in error.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
